The process of finding one’s self starts with losing the self that was created unconsciously to avoid having to face the truth and uneasiness of the self that was wounded.
Any source of pain that is not acknowledged or healed creates a shield around your heart and blocks your inner spirit from shining outwardly; which causes a change to your personality and reality of self. If you represent yourself as someone else to avoid facing your pain, the false self you created will create a path that was not paved for the walk of your life journey.
You must face your broken pieces in order to see how each piece has weakened your connection to your inner spirit and blocked you from knowing the real you. Once you begin to heal is when you’re” true” self becomes bright and your path and purpose comes to light.

Great reminder…
Wonderfully articulate. post, very clear and powerful.
I always ask my deep core identity/true self/inner soirit to rise up and take centre stage in my life. I invite her to grow strong by looking at God/the light and soaking in His energy, love, peace, joy and then I give my spirit in unity with the Holy Soiritt permission to be in charge of my emotions, and the rest of my soul, my thoughts and my body.
That is beautiful, thank you for sharing that with me. When we are aligned with our spirit our true self is shown and felt by others.
I wish you many blessings.
and I wish the same goodness and mercy for you
Thank you so much that truly means a lot to me.
What you speak about is at the core of my life’s work. Healing our emotional pain through expression and forgiveness is so essential to our well-being. Cheers!
[ Smiles ] I agree with that concept of yours; thank you for posting this!
