The root of our frustration, is not what is frustrating us… it is something that we are either anxious about for the future, or something that we are stewing about from the past. When we dig to find the root, we can find peace in the moment we are in.
If we hold on tightly to the good things that are happening in our life, the things that have caused us pain will begin to diminish… and with continued focus of our blessings, painful memories will become distant, and will no longer be felt.
Do not get caught up in your own life and forget about your parents, grandparents, siblings, cousins… for our family is our hub in life… and no matter what is going on, if someone in your circle is ill or struggling, it is our life purpose to be there for them and help them… for love and giving love, is the most important thing you can do.
Just because our mind can only remember how someone was in the past… does not mean that they are the same person in the present… but if the past is all that we can see, then it is us, who are in the clutches with the darkness our mind.
